The lower, seven-storey office building in the best part of Warsaw Mokotow is in keeping with the surrounding buildings with its simple shape. The eleven storeys of rippling glass on the façade of the taller building and terraces on 10th floor with a stunning view over Warsaw provide one of the most interesting architectural solutions in Warsaw, a concept of the famous German JSK Architects office.
A two-level underground car park for up to 600 cars is located under the complex and is connected to the ground level with several fast moving elevators. Separate entrances and reception areas in each of the individual parts of the buildings guarantees ease in moving around the complex.
